Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the online presence and engagement of the bridal businesses. As well as execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to weddings in the NJ/ NY/ PA area and The Luxe Bridal and Beauty in Little Falls, NJ.
Responsibilities:
-Integrated Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
-Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for each business.
Create engaging and innovative content aligned with the bridal industry and brand aesthetics.
-Content Creation:
Capture high-quality photos and videos during weddings and at The Luxe Bridal and Beauty for use on social media platforms.
-Platform Management:
Manage and curate content for Instagram accounts.
Monitor trends and implement new features to enhance engagement.
-Community Engagement:
Foster connections with followers and industry influencers.
Respond to comments and direct messages promptly.
-Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to track growth and engagement metrics.
-Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Segment email lists and analyze performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media / and or Marketing Manager. Preferably in the bridal or related industry; however, it is not required.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies.
Excellent photography and videography skills.
Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
Ability to work remotely and travel as needed (4-8 shoots per month).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of the bridal businesses.
