**About Us:**
Rand Spear, The Accident Lawyer, is looking for an experienced and versatile Social Media Marketing Manager. Mr. Spear's firm is dedicated to representing individuals in personal injury cases with the highest level of expertise and care. We are growing rapidly and need a Social Media Marketing Manager who can grow with us. This position will initially work independently but with the support of in-person and virtual assistants with tasks such as social media ads/content and ad placement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, both organically and through paid advertisements.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of our social media marketing operations, including campaign development, market research, and data analysis.
- Be ready to handle hands-on marketing tasks and troubleshoot various marketing challenges.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation to support the firm's social media growth objectives.
- Plan and manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and legal marketing, applying innovative approaches to our strategies.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in legal marketing or a similar field is beneficial but not mandatory.- Experience with social media ad placement.
