This is a dynamic opportunity to work directly with the owners/operators, two brothers who are rapidly growing Playa Bowls franchisees. We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with an exceptional ability to develop and execute winning social media content and strategies. In this key role, you will also lead our overall marketing efforts, including event planning and budget management.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing/Social Media Manager or similar role
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficient in Adobe, Canva and other design and editing software
- Strong research skills to identify relevant content and industry trends
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Video editing skills and experience with video editing softwares, for creating engaging multimedia content
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent relationship management skills to interact with followers, influencers, customers and brand ambassadors
- Attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing
- Experience using various different types of social media management tools
