    As the Director of the Emergency Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality patient care within the Emergency Department. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Education:
      • BSN required
      • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred

      • ACLS, PALS or ENPC, BLS certifications required
    • Experience:
      • 3 years of emergency services experience required
      • 3 years of leadership experience preferred
      • Must have leadership experience as a manager or director
