Social Work Manager plans and implements programs to meet the social and emotional needs of patients and patients' families in a health care setting. Develops plans for patient care after release from treatment. Being a Social Work Manager provides social services to patients/clients and their families. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, patients and their families to assess patient social needs and monitor progress of medical treatment. Additionally, Social Work Manager coordinates planning for post-discharge care. Supervises professional staff. Prepares departmental budgets and reports. Requires a master's degree of Social Work. Typically reports to a director. The Social Work Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/ Objective
The Maintenance position performs janitorial services, maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities to ensure proper
operations of rest areas in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Essential Functions

1. Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
2. Cleans comfort stations, emptying of trash receptacles, replenishes restroom supplies, cleans restrooms including
walls, mirrors, and removing graffiti when required. Picks up loose litter on-site.
3. Performs maintenance of grounds including landscaping, cutting, trimming, edging, planting and maintaining
bedding areas, watering, weeding, and removing grass clippings and tree trimmings.
4. Cleans, repair and paint tables, benches, and arbors as required.
5. Assists public with use of facilities, giving directions as required, and answering questions as needed.
6. Have knowledge of basic plumbing.
7. Be able to use hand tools to make repairs on irrigation systems.
8. Have painting experience, including prep work.
9. Must have reliable transportation to travel from one side to the other.
10. Have basic knowledge of electrical work including changing out bulbs, making repairs on hand dryers, etc.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat
and cold, moving mechanical parts and vibration, and the noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower
body; be able to reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting,
kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete
assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds throughout the assigned workday.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is primarily part-time, depending upon assigned schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel
Travel is primarily local.
Required Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment.
3. Experience with plumbing, electrical and
painting.
4. Custodial experience.
Licenses/Work Authorization/Security Clearance
1. Drug Screen.

3. Contractor background check.
4. Must have a clean driving record.
