House Match is seeking an energetic marketer/content creator to drive new marketing initiatives! We need a creative professional who can manage multiple projects and bring fresh ideas while overseeing integrated marketing strategy development. Here are the key areas you'll be leading:

SOCIAL CONTENT PIPELINE

• Develop a consistent pipeline of engaging social content for House Match across Earned and Managed social platforms
• Create compelling bi-weekly newsletters aimed at driving lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate with Operations, Listing, and Inside Sales teams to develop a daily content strategy
• Implement social content across all platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram
• Oversee content strategy and planning for assigned projects and social media content
• Continuously refine House Match's social content to meet industry standards and evolving platform requirements
• Ensure message consistency and alignment with brand values across various platforms, tailoring content for specific audiences

CONTENT INNOVATION AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL EDUCATION

• Guide the organization in producing content based on trending topics, events, and active listings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advise and support business units in their social content plans and execution, providing content planning support
• Develop innovative, multi-platform content that generates buzz and enhances engagement for House Match
• Educate agent and operations teams to enhance all content, aligning with social media requirements

SOCIAL MANAGEMENT

• Ensure accurate reporting of marketing campaigns
• Set achievable goals based on current metrics and develop a social strategy to achieve those goals
• Ability to set goals based on current metrics and create a social strategy to hit those goals

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 4 years of experience as a content producer across multiple channels
• 2 years of deep involvement in social media and digital platforms
• Exceptional editorial skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, solving problems effectively
• Strong expertise in digital and social content best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
