Beverage Training Manager. This position supports and assists the VP of Training by leading the bar and beverage education and implementation for all new and existing Punch Bowl Social locations. Responsible for creating and maintaining bar training via standard operating procedures, company policies, specifications, standards, and programs relating to the sale of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the Company. This role is also responsible for the execution of training plans, measurement, and follow through in support of new restaurant openings, daily training processes, certifications, new menu support, and helps to build a culture of engagement through leadership, communication, teaching, encouraging involvement, seeking feedback, and providing recognition. Elevating the guest’s beverage experience in Punch Bowl Socials fast paced and causal environment while striving for excellence in quality and consistent execution.
