Position: Front of House Manager

Skyline is looking for a talented professional to oversee our daily and future operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform as Manager on Duty
• Supervise team members’ guest service performance
• Manage Front of House experience
• Ensure the front of the house is clean and organized
• Develop systems to run an efficient guest experience
• Expense management of labor, inventory, and costs of goods sold
• Continuously work with team members to improve performance
• Diffuse guest concerns

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of five years previous restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience
• Minimum of two years management experience
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule

COMPENSATION

• Salaried position ($50,000-$60,000/year)
• Bonus program up to $5,000/quarter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
