HOURS: Full time, primarily Monday through Friday, with potential for some evening and weekend hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is for a Re-Entry Coach for the Intermediate Correctional Intervention Program (ICIP). The Re-Entry Coach position works with correctional involved women to conduct assessments, develop appropriate case plans, and provide ongoing case management and support. The Re-Entry Coach will work with participants during the residential phase of their program, conduct group programming, and work on transition planning to follow the participants out into the community and provide continued support.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, plus one year experience working in human service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates would benefit from having related work experience working with justice involved individuals, trauma informed care and adult case management.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
