Adult & Disability Social Services Manager $89,835 -- $135,886 Salary
Full-time, exempt position that can work at Dodge, Steele or Waseca site based on candidate’s preference.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Overseeing human services programs and a team of approximately 50 employees, with a primary emphasis on supporting individuals with disabilities or those aging, fostering safety, independence, and overall well-being.
· Collaborating closely with both internal and external partners to efficiently administer human service programs and enhance the service delivery system.
· Assessing the performance and outcomes of program or business activities.
· Ensuring transparent management of program and agency budgets, maximizing resource utilization, and contributing to the preparation of the annual budget.
· Planning to best position MNPrairie to achieve desired outcomes amid evolving client demographics, program dynamics, community standards, and resource allocations.
· Developing and executing long-range and strategic plans in alignment with the executive director, management team, and board directives.
· Cultivating an environment conducive to innovation and continuous improvement.
· Coordinating and supervising the development, execution, tracking, and monitoring of service contracts.

· Demonstrated capacity to strategize, organize, and oversee a sizable team of professional and administrative personnel.

· Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
· Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with county officials, colleagues, community agencies and leaders, and the broader public.
Minimum qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in public administration, social work, nursing, behavioral or social science or related field.
· At least six years of experience working in a supervisory or management capacity in a human services environment or at least three years of experience working in a supervisory or management capacity in a human services environment and at least 3 years’ experience working directly in county or state human services.
· Master's degree preferred.
· County human services experience preferred.
· Valid MN Driver’s license.
· Ability to pass a background check.
