RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Case Manager position offers a wonderful opportunity to bring together your creativity, organization, writing, and clinical skills all into one great position! As a Clinical Case Manager for Summit Oaks, you will work collaboratively with the residential team and community partners to develop treatment plans and programming plans for youth. The Case Manager works with the team to identify how to best meet the treatment needs of youth and their family. The Clinical Case Manager is seen as a leader on the team and is looked to for guidance during challenging situations including emergency safety interventions.  

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree required in social work or related field; plus 1 to 2 years related experience. Licensed Social Worker or Social Work Associate  through South Dakota Board of Social Worker Examiners is preferred; or willing/able to complete such licensure.   

Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
