Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Social Work Manager to provide leadership and guidance to our PACE Social Work team at our Topeka PACE Center. The right candidate will oversee the team, provide supervision, case reviews, education, clinical counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and participate in the PACE Operations Team meetings.
Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full-Time| Monday Friday | 8am to 5pm.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this position ranges from $69,000 to $83,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Plese note that the maximum pay rate is established to define the range and may not be applicable to the new hires.

Required: Current unrestricted State of Kansas license to practice as a Licensed Masters Social Worker. Strong personnel and program management skills, and one year experience working with mental health and the frail and elderly. Must be able to utilize software for data analysis and aggregation. Previous experience in growth-oriented environment. Must possess a valid Kanas or Missouri Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for the position.
