Social Worker

Mission: Since 1976, ARC has been empowering women to reclaim their lives and improve the welfare of their children and families.

Agency: The ARC Fond du Lac Program is one of five residential programs ARC Community Services operates in Wisconsin. ARC’s other programs for women include intensive outpatient and day treatment substance use disorder programs, services for survivors of sexual exploitation and human trafficking, and drug court case management programs.

Program: ARC Fond du Lac is a 16-bed residential treatment facility for women located in Fond du Lac. ARC Fond du Lac provides substance use disorder treatment for women.

Responsibilities of the Social Worker

• Provide mental health and case management services to assigned case load
• Facilitate evidence-based group curricula
• Complete substance abuse assessments and ASAM criteria
• Prepare and implement comprehensive treatment plans with clients
• Prepare monthly reports and discharge summaries
• Provide case management for assigned caseload
• Maintain a safe, empowering environment for residents

Qualifications for the Social Worker:

• MSW or related degree required
• APSW or LCSW required
