POSITION SUMMARY : Under the direction of Soft Count Supervisor, participates in the counting of Live Gaming Device cash receipts.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS : 21 years of age

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Counting of Live Gaming Device Cash receipts and verification of contents of Drop Boxes and Bill Validators. Complete all related documentation in accordance with the established system of Internal Controls.

Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.

Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

PHYSICAL - Must be able to :

1. Work within restricted area of Soft Count room with reasonable accommodations.

2. Bend, stand or stoop for long periods of time.

3. Communicate verbally.

4. See.

5. Must be able to hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.

7. Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty pounds (20 .

8. Must have manual dexterity.

9. Climb stairs repeatedly.

MENTAL - Must be able to :

1. Work accurately with basic math skills

2. Write to complete daily reports.

3. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, daily memorandum and other written and verbal instructions.

4. Read and understand in order to communicate with patrons and co-workers.

5. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.

PREREQUISITES / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must have previous casino experience in Soft Count area.

Qualifications :

GAMING :

Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
