Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Design and implement personalized Pilates programs, seamlessly blending techniques for optimal results.
• Embrace the opportunity to learn and teach Pilates techniques.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and education to clients on Pilates and overall wellness.
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal Pilates results.
• Stay current with industry trends, research, and certifications to enhance Pilates methods.

The Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related field or current certification from a recognized Pilates certification program.
• Be confident in modifications and contraindications for major injuries or circumstances. Possess a strong command of human anatomy and kinesiology (strongly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with Pilates clients.
• Enthusiasm for learning and teaching Pilates techniques.
• Willingness to undergo Pilates training and certification if not already experienced.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

The Physical Requirements
A candidate must be able to:

• Effectively demonstrate and cue movements taught in classes.
• Run, walk, jump, bend, balance, leap, laterally and rotationally move, and perform weight-bearing exercises for lower, upper, and full-body movements.
• Provide basic assists and adjustments for clients.

The Compensation

• This role includes an hourly rate and bonuses based on service provided and number of clients per session.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 15 per week
