Soft Count Supervisor - Casino supervises soft count personnel and activities. Reconciles the soft count summary report with the information entered into the computer. Additionally, Soft Count Supervisor - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Soft Count Supervisor - Casino supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Provide excellent customer service by knowing current promotions, games, and events going on in and out of the casino.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in assigned gaming areas.
- Circulate among slot machines and observer operations.
- Ensure that stations and games are covered each shift.
- May explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons.
- May plan and organize activities and services for guests in the hotel/casino.
- Address service complaints with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
