The AWS Big Data and Analytics Architect is responsible for architecting and delivering solutions for next-gen business use cases using advanced analytics and real-time data solutions. This role will be a key contributor in building analytics strategy across the enterprise and will own the technical roadmap to support those capabilities.
Build technology roadmap for delivering analytical capabilities to business segments across the enterprise. Own technology relationship with key vendors including IBM for the Watson Data Platform.
Work with Business Segment leaders to form analytics strategy, including role in communicating technology strategies to those business leaders.
Keep hands on driving creation of Proofs of Concepts/Prototypes for new capabilities.
Take leadership role with peers across technology disciplines in IT.
Act as mentor to Enterprise Data team members both technically, and as a leader.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience
