As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination by organizing files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
