Prepare buffers and other assigned cognate activities for preformulation and formulation development studies
Set up and conduct preformulation /biophysical characterization and formulation development studies including routine and non-routine laboratory activities under direct supervision
Utilize a diverse array of analytical instruments to characterize protein or gene therapy products
Be familiar with the setup, maintenance and calibration of equipment and instrumentation to support projects
Disseminate research and development work in writing or oral presentation as needed
Execute/maintain annual maintenance and service plan
Assist lab personnel with preparation of purchase orders as required
Receive and resolve CTE alarms from Insight/CMMS systems
Hands on experience with HPLC and other analytical assay methodologies is preferred. Candidate should possess fundamental laboratory skills and should manage lab equipment maintenance and service plan and be familiar with Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and slide presentation programs such as Powerpoint. Good communication skills and the ability to summarize and present relevant data are required.
