Baer is looking for ServiceNow Software Developer for a 12 month Federal remote project.

Title: ServiceNow Software Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Develop ServiceNow applications, including configuration, custom development, report development, and data migration, as required to meet business requirements.
• Implement third-party integrations with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems.
• Conduct unit testing to validate the functionality and performance of developed features and resolve any defects identified during testing.
• Manage the migration process of changes from development to production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical design guidance to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, customizations, and integration workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for custom development and front-end customization within the ServiceNow platform. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for integration purposes.
• Possession of a valid ServiceNow Software Developer certification is mandatory to demonstrate proficiency in developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in software development principles and methodologies.
• Active Secret Clearance Required
