SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Employment Status: Full-Time; Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm
Position Summary:
The Software Developer will develop and maintain various software products while working closely with the team to design, develop, and enhance software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. This position will assist in analyzing user needs and develop software solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
· Work with ASP.NET to design, develop, and implement functional web-based applications.
· Leverage SQL Server for database management, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
· Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
· Maintain and enhance existing solutions, identifying areas of improvement.
· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
· Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
· Test, verify, and deploy software solutions.
· Learn and maintain current code base.
· Document development, operational procedures, and any other documentation that is needed to prevent future technical debt.
· Database design and maintenance.
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university preferred; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field.
· Proven experience as a C# Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
· Experience with ASP.NET and .NET Core framework.
· Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
· Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and its toolset.
· Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Understanding of Agile methodologies.
· Ability to understand and how to interact with PII data.
· Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
· Proven experience as a C# Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
