Software Engineering Director directs and oversees the software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications/operating systems according to business needs. Establishes policies and procedures that produce high-quality software product and service. Being a Software Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. o Ability to communicate findings verbally and through reports to yield engineers, LYA analysts, and other customers
o Ability to work in a collaborative manner with a variety of different individuals in a fast paced, technical environment
