Position

Software Developer

• Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
• Security Clearance: Active Clearance Required - U.S. citizenship required
• Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience and Education
• Travel: 40%

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Software Developer to support our Gulf Coast Operation in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a Agile software development team and contributing in a CI/CD DevSecOps Environment.
• Designing and developing software applications using Azure DevOps, Visual Studio (Python, C#, C , Razor pages, Web Assembly, WPF), SQL Server, Docker, etc.
• Utilizing .NET CORE, .NET 5, .NET 6, and .NET Framework
• Working within Microsoft Entity Framework.

Minimum Qualifications of Software Developer
Bachelors Degree in technical field of study and 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

Desired Experience

• Knowledge and experience in UI design & development with industry standard frameworks, tools, and patterns & practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline technologies and processes in an Agile Software Development environment.
• Programing language knowledge desired (not required): C# and/or C .
• Visual Studio
• .NET Framework (preferably with .Net CORE, .Net 5, and .Net 6 experience)
• Docker Containers
• Entity Framework
• ASP .Net
• ASP .Net Core
• Python & SQL language
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and a strong drive to learn
