Focus is looking to expand our team by hiring a National Sales Director to help lead us in our mission to serve an increasing number of districts across the nation. To be considered for this position, a candidate must have a proven track record of sales success in the K-12 public school marketplace, with extensive experience building strong relationships with district leaders nationally.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Work with the Focus leadership team to develop and implement national sales strategy
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• • Track sales opportunities through sales life cycle
  • Prepare and track quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements
• Sales Execution:
• • Lead sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities 
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer and prospect accounts
  • Assist at statewide and national trade shows and conferences

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and sales-driven, with a track record of sales success with K-12 SIS, ERP, or similar large scale applications. Candidates must be able to travel up to 50%
