This position will focus on facilitating and processing the software requests received by the delivery center from its agencies, ensuring that there is good communication with our customers throughout the process. The approval process is long and complex, and there is currently a backlog of requests. To succeed in this position, candidates will need to be organized and detail oriented, as well as possess excellent customer service skills.
