    What You’ll Do

    • We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to be a critical member of our development team.
    • End-to-end ownership (design, development, and deployment) of Frontline’s full suite of web and mobile applications.
    • Mentor, coach, and manage daily responsibilities for 14 Engineering team members, including Software Developers, DevOps, Designers, and Product Managers.
    • Continuously drive performance improvement in the Engineering team via code reviews, team retrospectives, performance feedback, changes to team organization, and updates to policies and procedures.
    • Lead hiring of Engineering team members, including onboarding and training.
    • Set product roadmap and other priorities alongside senior leadership.

    Skills You’ll Need

    Required
    • U.S. Permanent Resident status.
    • B.S. degree in Computer Science or demonstrated equivalent skills.
    • 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
    • Experienced with SQL Server 2008/2012/2019
    • Demonstrated experience managing CI/CD pipeline
    • Strong understanding of the following:
    o Azure Active Directory
    o Windows server maintenance, backup, and security
    o Windows IIS web servers, Azure App Service Plans, Azure App Services
    o Windows SQL database servers, Azure SQL Managed Instances, AzureRequired
    • U.S. Permanent Resident status.
    • B.S. degree in Computer Science or demonstrated equivalent skills.
    • 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
    • Experienced with SQL Server 2008/2012/2019
    • Demonstrated experience managing CI/CD pipeline
    • Strong understanding of the following:
