Software Quality Assurance Analyst executes testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards. Prepares data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows. Being a Software Quality Assurance Analyst isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects. Verifies fixes. Additionally, Software Quality Assurance Analyst documents testing according to required procedures. Familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. May assist with the creation of new testing scripts and plans. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Quality Assurance Manager. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. - Design, program, test, implement, document, and maintain computing applications.
- Gather and evaluate end user requirements.
- Write/compile code and construct database objects based on documented design.
- Analyze information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs, and other application architecture requirements.
- Modify or upgrade applications to maintain software functionality.
- Identify and resolve programming or application architecture problems.
- Review system performance, identify, and recommend improvements.

- 8 or more years of experience in the development, implementation, and support of small and/or large-scale software applications.
- Excellent UI framework experience (Angular/React).
- 5 or more years experience working with C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, ASP.Net, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Experience working with code repositories on TFS, AzureDevops, and Git.
- Experience working in the cloud (PCF, Azure, or AWS).
- Experience with SharePoint (SharePoint 2013/2016).
- Experience using Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, SCRUM, etc.).
- Excellent software development/support skills (designing, documenting, coding, user training, testing, and maintaining software computing applications).
- Experience working with internal business partners and product owners to deliver products/applications that delight end users.
- Experience working with product managers, systems/data analysts, and UX designers to define application requirements and usability.
- Ability to apply extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts to deliver projects.
- Provide technical solutions and implementations to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.
- Exercise considerable latitude in determining the technical objectives of the assignment.
- Superior programming and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience, Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience, or Ph.D.
