    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst IV to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

    Responsibilities:
    * Quality Assurance Analyst IV will draft quality assurance policies and procedures
    * Design, develop, and execute testing plans
    * Perform analysis for adherence to agency policies
    * Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
    * Make recommendations and implement processes to utilize technology appropriately to support QA work
    * Provide objective, accurate, and comprehensive feedback to team members with respect to defects and errors, including both quantitative and qualitative findings
    * As a Quality Assurance Analyst IV, you will monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
    * Ensure that the final product satisfies the requirements and meets end-user expectations
    * Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product
    * Compile and analyze statistical data related to defects

    REQUIREMENTS:
    * Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing - 5 years
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - 5 years
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 5 years
    * Meticulous attention to detail - 5 years
    * Ability to collaborate effectively with team members with different skill and experience levels - 5 years
    * Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks - 5 years
    * Strong SQL skills - 3 years
    * Skilled in planning and organizing QA work - 2 years
    * Ability to lead QA efforts independently - 2 years
    * Ability to perform functional and non-functional testing for platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and business intelligence - 1 year

    Nice to Have Skills:
    * Knowledge of security and privacy best practices
    * Skilled with agile project management tools such as JIRA
    * Skilled with test management tools such as Zephyr
    * Creative and innovative thinker
    * Ability to automate test scripts for a data management platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and business intelligence

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
