Perform as the quality assurance manager for run test including:
Enter/manage run test recipes and parameters in the run test system for all products (including new product launches)
Work with extended team to implement actionable reason codes for run test failures
Analyze run test data to drive product quality, process, and throughput improvements
B)Supervise and lead Run Test Support team (a total 7 individuals across all production shifts) under the direction of the Director of Quality
