Software Support Engineer troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Being a Software Support Engineer escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Software Support Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Software Support Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Customer Support Analyst Job Functions:
- Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution
- Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed
- Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depo as needed
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism
REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT LINKS:
- Create and send Remote Depo links
- Stay up to date on scheduling changes/standing orders, and make appropriate adjustments to Remote Depo links
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism

Requirements
All you need to be a Customer Support Analyst High School Diploma! A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, litigation experience is a plus.
