· Research cases and draft appropriate civil complaint, garnishments, agreed orders for payment, and arrearage. · Research numerous data bases to verify the necessity and propriety of modification of child support orders and the location of Non-Custodial Parents. · Calculates child support obligations and arrearages using the state guidelines. · Updates and maintains case information in the child support system at a high level of accuracy.
