MANDATORY SKILLS (can be Very Senior, Mid, or 2-3 year level of experience)

• Experience with software architecture practices and extensive experience in the integration and deployment of large scale and highly complex software systems.

• Produce quality products through prioritization.

• Experience with a coding/scripting language(s), preferably Java, python, or shell scripts.

• Experience working with software configuration management tools (such as GIT, SVN, AccuRev, CVS, JIRA).

• Communications and interpersonal skills including writing and reviewing technical operations documentation.

• Work with internal and external program stakeholders, as well as subcontractor teams

• An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. security clearance

Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support GDS development, test, and day to day operations.

• Comprehend and write Java code.

• Comprehend vector mathematics.

• Automated planning and scheduling concepts

• Support to GDS end users.

• Supporting software system process activities.

• Conducting system level testing of the GDS software, manual and/or automated

• Contributing to team documentation, including training guide
