This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Administrative and Functional Support Specialist 3, you will be responsible for :

• Providing day-to-day functional support for Quality Control Technicians.
• Purchase, Storage and Staging of testing supplies for Quality Control Technicians.
• Managing inventory of testing supplies to avoid stockout.
• Storage and maintenance of records (e.g., training, instrument maintenance and purchasing).
• Providing other administrative tasks as required and support other QC functions as directed by the manager.

• Experience with Inventory management systems (FIFO, Kanban ETC)
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Interface effectively with Cross Functional Teams (QC, QA, Manufacturing and Technical)
• Must be Organized and Attentive
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in production schedule and testing needs.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work effectively within a team setting.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• 3 years of experience in an administration support role
• Inventory management experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Very good communication skills (Oral and Written)
