Logistics Plus, a leading provider of global logistics solutions, is seeking a skilled Software Support Engineer to join our development team. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining our integration systems to ensure seamless operations between Logistics Plus and its customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in API technologies, database management, and logistics systems, enabling them to contribute effectively to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain integration solutions between Enterprise WMS/ERP systems and various logistics platforms used by Logistics Plus and its customers.
- Provide technical support for REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SQL, MongoDB, and other relevant technologies, ensuring reliable data exchange and system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, data flow, and application functionalities in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor the performance of integration systems, conducting regular reviews and optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the usage and maintenance of integration systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software support, development, or a similar role with a focus on system integrations.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
