Graceland Portable Buildings is seeking an effective leader and communicator to join our team as a

Sales Support Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the internal sales operations

of a specific division within Graceland. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication,

follow-up, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Delivering excellent and always professional service to Graceland Dealers and Regional Sales Managers by providing timely and accurate support.
•  Responsible for sales process creation, evaluation, optimization, and implementation.
•  Assist with resolving technical issues related to sales entry and providing sales tech support to dealers as needed.
•  Identifying issues and problem solving will be key activities.
•  Act as a liaison between Dealers and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
•  Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
•  Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

•  Availability to work an average minimum of 40 hours per week.
•  Excellent computer skills.
•  Well organized and responsible.
•  Skilled in problem solving and teaching others.
•  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•  A team player with a high level of dedication.
•  Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales or Management related field desired.
•  Management experience a plus.
•  Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
•  Occasional travel to provide support, training, etc. for Dealers.
•  Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
•  Excellent decision-making capabilities.
•  Thorough research skills and attention to detail.
•  An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
•  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
