Cimarron is seeking two junior Engineering Support Technicians to support the Missile Defense Agency's System Integration, Test and Readiness (SITR) contract in Huntsville, AL. SITR is responsible for the overall Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Element engineering and integration, including physical and logical integration of the GMD Element and Components with the Missile Defense System. Cimarron's team members will be instrumental in ensuring the GMD Element of the Missile Defense System continues to provide safe, reliable and responsive capability to defend the U.S. homeland. Key Duties:

• Support the GMD Risk, Issue and Opportunity Execution Plan (RIOEP).
• Participate and manage the RIOEP with participation in MDA activities, boards, and working groups for test findings, incidents, discrepancies, and observations, including applicability to future test events and the development of corrective actions and burn-down plans.
• Develop and manage the RIO Standard Operation Procedures and Government-approved Charters,
• Develop, deliver, and maintain a Mission-Based Cybersecurity Risk Management Plan.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 3 or more years of relevant experience, or Associate degree.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience with RIO.
• Experience with one or more elements of the Missile Defense System.
