Associate Manager – Software Support 

 Position Location: Chicago HQ

 About the Role:  

We are seeking an Associate Manager – Software Support to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software support, administrative, and SaaS processes. This role will also support DevOps processes. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for optimizing processes and customer satisfaction.  Total compensation is $125,000 - $145,000 DOE. US Citizen or Permanent Work Authorization (Green Card) required. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and track Product Group processes related to software, SaaS, and support services. 
• Oversee and manage the Product Support organization to ensure timely and efficient resolution of internal and customer inquiries and issues. 
• Work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software releases. 
• Monitor system performance and dispatch tickets for incidents as needed. 
• Manage product technical documentation and product knowledge base. 
• Collaborate with teams to develop incident response plans and ensure their effectiveness. 
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for DevOps processes and best practices. 
• Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party tools to support our DevOps operations. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. 
• Experience in DevOps administrative role. 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Proficiency in configuring Jira for effective project and issue tracking. 
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. 
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
