To be a Software Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. After PioneerRx customers install our software, it’s up to you to provide them with in-depth troubleshooting and hardware support. You need to be willing to learn and adapt to new concepts, provide exceptional customer service, and support a variety of applications and hardware.
What we are looking for:- 2 years of experience in IT systems and installation/application support
- Experience with Windows operating system support including Windows Server 2012-2016
- Experience with remote support, routers, networking, and hardware
- Strong LAN/WAN/Print Server troubleshooting skills
- Ability to install operating systems, drivers and applications
- Excellent phone communication skills, including a professional and confident speaking tone
- Ability to efficiently manage time and multi-task
