Software Support Manager oversees software support staff. Manages department budget to ensure goals are met. To be a Software Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience.
- IAT Level 1 certification required
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
