Job Description
EDGE Software is seeking a full-time employee to provide support and training to customers and users. This role will encourage open communication with customers as well as technical writing and documentation, fostering greater understanding of our software suite both internally and externally. You will be expected to become a subject matter expert on EDGE Software operation and act as the face of the software team to our clients.
