This is a permanent position to join the IT Manufacturing team!
The key elements of this role involve:
Coordinate and lead our primary IT support team.
Recruiting, training and evaluating staff members
Develop user manuals, policies, procedures and safety protocols.
Staying up to date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
Deliver effective support through communication, timely follow-through and incident management.
Make sure 5s, 7 waste and other lean principles are applied in the area.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, mobile and peripheral devices.
Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future hardware and technology needs.
Conduct research on technology products, services, protocols and standards in support of hardware procurement and development efforts.
Coordinate the team to provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues.
Coordinate the Installation, configuration, testing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting end user, jobsite and office network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment and other products.
Coordinate hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades and repairs.
Supports the implementation of new technologies, processes, and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field, or 5 year’s IT systems or relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production, and computer data collection systems
Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems
Extensive Network and Infrastructure support experience.
Knowledge & understanding of Windows, Internet, Office, etc.
Knowledge in SAP, Electronica and DMM is a plus.
Be able to lift 30 lbs.
Able to complete Scissors lift certification.
