    As a Program Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our software programs. Leveraging your expertise in project management and technical acumen, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software programs, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and QA to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
    • Utilize your technical expertise to provide guidance and support to development teams, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and enhance team productivity.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly in networking, VPN, and security software domains.
    • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, GIT, Confluence, and Perforce to track progress, manage dependencies, and document key project artifacts.
    Requirements:
    • 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of successfully managing software programs.
    • Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as C , Java, and Python.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
    • Preferably experience in networking, VPN, or security software projects.
    • Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, or Science disciplines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to commute to Seattle or surrounding areas at least 2 days a week.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Perforce and GIT desirable
