Software Support Manager oversees software support staff. Manages department budget to ensure goals are met. Other Required Skills: Nice to Haves- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows
- Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API’s integrations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively.
