Being a Soil Conservationist applies a wide range concepts, practices, and procedures from two or more specialized fields of science, such as agronomy, soil science, forestry, or agriculture. May require a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or a related field with at least 5 years of work experience. Additionally, Soil Conservationist may direct the work of a small group of employees. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work Setting: In-Office.
Work Location: 1401 Landmark Drive, Cottage Grove, WI 53527.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Agriculture Environment Conservationist Essential Responsibilities:
As an Agriculture Environment Conservationist, you will work across ALCIVIA Business Units to deliver conservation and sustainability programs and processes to landowners and farmers across Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Eastern Minnesota, and Northeast Iowa. The deliverables will include increased participation in programs and projects that result in increased production, profitability, natural resource preservation, and carbon sequestration.
