Soil Scientist studies, investigates, and conducts experiments on different soil/plant types to determine use capabilities of soils, and effects of alternative practices on soil productivity. Applies a wide range concepts, practices, and procedures from two or more specialized fields of science, such as agronomy, soil science, forestry, or agriculture. Being a Soil Scientist may require a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or a related field with at least 5 years of work experience. May direct the work of a small group of employees. Additionally, Soil Scientist relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager and may be considered the lead for a specific area or unit. American Mulch & Soil is currently looking for a Grapple Truck Driver to join our growing family. Our drivers are responsible for safely operating the grapple truck and all other heavy machinery at our location.
Drivers will perform work related to our industry, vehicle inspections and other duties as assigned. Our drivers are an essential part of the AMS Family; they help to accurately and efficiently satisfy our customers and deliver on our promises.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
