```Job Summary``` We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our team. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional wine selection and providing expert guidance to our customers. Your expertise in wine pairing and extensive knowledge of different varietals will enhance the dining experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist customers in selecting wines that complement their meals - Provide detailed descriptions of wines, including flavor profiles and production methods - Maintain an organized and well-stocked wine cellar - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create wine pairing menus - Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new wine releases - Ensure proper storage and handling of wines to maintain quality ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Sommelier or similar role - Extensive knowledge of different types of wines, regions, and vintages - Strong understanding of food and wine pairing principles - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Certification from a recognized sommelier program is preferred If you are passionate about wine, have a refined palate, and enjoy providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
