The Position:
Under the direction of our Executive Chef, you are creating fresh, seasonal cuisine for our guests. If
you are knowledgeable in culinary methods, responsible, and eager-to-learn, you would be a great fit
for our team!
Additional responsibilities include:
? Cooking at all stations and assigning duties as needed in absence of the Executive Chef
? Overseeing and expediting orders in the restaurant
? Managing inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
? Hands-on supervision of the cooking staff with the ability to work under pressure
? Willingness to cross-train in Executive Chef role and fill in as needed
Qualifications
? Open availability
? Good organization and delegation skills
? Ability to assist in supervising staff as well as perform their own tasks as a cook on the line
? Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
? Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
? Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
