Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Being a Spa Manager Assistant - Casino coordinates classes, programs, and day-to-day operations of a spa and recreational facility. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Summary of Position

     

    This position requires Massage therapist to perform a broad range of massage services, from providing 30 to 90 minutes massages for the appointment holder and walk-ins. typical duties include variety of massage services, also guide guest through our services offerings and help them choose the types of massage that would benefit them most. Take detailed histories from guest, including information about injuries or conditions; they may have and provide a safe environment. Massage therapist must be skilled at using a wide range of products and tools. Massage therapist are required to work normal business hours during the week: Weekend, and Holidays. Ensuring client satisfaction while operating within establish guidelines and policies. Participate in on going educational classes to keep the Spa current with new treatments and services maintaining to top level of fun, relaxation, and professionalism.

    • Participate in on going educational classes to keep the Spa current with new treatment and services maintaining to top level of fun, relaxation, and professionalism.

    • Massage Therapist must acquire current N.M. State Licenses. 2 to 4 years’ experience as a professional spa massage therapist. Excellent communication and customer skills. Friendly and Professional demeanor. Able and willing to work flexible schedule. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) must have proven record of dependability of performance.
