Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Position Requirements:Job Specifications Six (6) months of prior experience as a Barista strongly preferred, but not required. One (1) year of general food service industry experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to operate a POS cash register and maintain an accurate bank. Must be knowledgable about coffee, tea, and beverage preparation methods.
