The ideal candidate has leadership and organizational skills and prior spa experience, and will be responsible for promoting spa services and scheduling a team of educated specialists. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Write and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a great working environment for all employees.
• Manage human resources and payroll issues such as hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and employee benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
